Problembericht #1: Surface Laptop 7
Zum 17. August 2026 hat ein Benutzer in der Techcommunity für den Surface Laptop den Forenpost Surface Laptop 7 ARM64 – KB5121003 breaks Teams and New Outlook veröffentlicht. Der Thread-Starter schreibt, dass er in seiner Umgebung ein wiederkehrendes Problem auf einem Microsoft Surface Laptop, 7. Generation (ARM64/Snapdragon), auf dem Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2 installiert ist, hat.
Nach der Installation des August 2026-Update KB5121003 funktionieren sowohl Microsoft Teams (neu) als auch Microsoft Outlook (neu) für Windows nicht mehr. Entweder lassen die Apps sich nicht starten, oder die Apps schließen sich sofort wieder. Das klassische Outlook, Word, Excel und andere Win32-Anwendungen funktionieren weiterhin normal.
Der Betroffene gibt an, dieses Gerät erst kürzlich auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt zu haben. Das Surface Laptop 7 funktionierte mehrere Tage lang einwandfrei, bevor KB5121003 installiert wurde. Eine Deinstallation des Updates behebt das Problem. Der Betroffene merkt an, dass es dieses Problem bereits mit einem früheren Update gegeben habe. Es scheint ein Gerät aus einer Unternehmensumgebung mit Windows 11 25H2 getroffen zu haben. Der Poster, wohl ein IT-Mitarbeiter, beschreibt ebenfalls detailliert die auftretenden Fehlermeldungen, die auf ein Problem im Windows AppX/MSIX-Paket der Apps hin deuten. Es gibt dort wohl nicht aufgelöste Abhängigkeiten, die durch das installierte Update verursacht werden.

So klagen Gamer über Abstürze von Spielen (ARC Raiders) , auch wenn kein ARM-Prozessor verwendet wird. Der Spieleanbieter hat das Problem wohl auf Discord eingestanden. Es wird vermutet, dass das Windows 11 Update KB5121003 die Kompatibilität mit der Treiberdatei inpoutx64.sys beeinträchtigt zu haben scheint.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
